Wyngate Road is a semi-detached property with an existing extension. The existing dividing walls were knocked through to link the living spaces, and the kitchen was relocated - achieving three new defined living areas - kitchen, dining and snug space with wood burner. A large-format pivot door was introduced between the snug and the garden terrace level.
