If you'd like to appoint a local architect who will work collaboratively to explore, create and develop a solution to enhance the way you live, we'd love to hear from you.
We know that no two projects are ever the same and so our services are bespoke to match. We use the RIBA Plan of Work as a framework to deliver and track your project milestones (see WHAT'S NEXT) page.
However, we find that most clients would like to engage us in one of the following ways, depending on their experience of building. Please see below for the architectural design services we offer:
CONCEPT TO BUILD APPOINTMENT
Appoint us from initial concept through to completed built project, from extensions to new builds to interior design. We work with you to develop a design that best suits your requirements. We will liaise with the local authority, building control, and any other required consultants (such as a structural engineer) on your behalf, and help you to select the right builder.
Being involved on site means we can keep an eye on the construction as it progresses, deal with problems should they arise and organise payments between client and builder. This arrangement is helpful if you haven't built before.

STAGE APPOINTMENT
Appoint us from initial concept through to the submission of your planning application or
building regulations application. We will liaise with relevant parties as described in the 'Full Appointment' column.
This arrangement is often preferred by clients who may have some prior experience of construction and are able to manage the works themselves whilst working with a builder to progress the project, following on from our involvement.

INTERIOR DESIGN
We offer extensive interior design services should you wish to add this to your appointment. You may need us to work with you to design anything from a downstairs boot room WC, to your kitchen, to your entire living space!
We will provide plan layouts and elevations to create a 'look and feel', and a specification to include fittings and fixtures, tiles and wall finishes, for example.

MINI DESIGN SESSIONS
We also offer one-off mini design sessions that take place at the property in question. We discuss your aspirations for the project and suggest ideas that will allow you to make the first steps towards realising your build. Please contact us for more information.
